Starting in 2023, BAMS Fest has celebrated Black and Latina/e women/womxn across all industries who are changing the game in Culture, Entrepreneurship & Social Impact with the Rock Her Crown women's brunch.

From visionaries, executive directors, and producers, to professional athletes, poets, and influencers, this ticketed, intimate event amplifies the crown of women/womxn who wear it with courage, hustle, and authenticity, all while leveling up the game of women empowerment, influence, and leadership.
